Climate control - Audi A4 1997 - CM
Just wondering if anyone can help.

On our A4's climate control is there anyway that we can stop the climate control from increasing the strength of puff as it gradually works up to the temperature set.

By this I mean that we set the blower at its lowest setting but then we keep having to turn it down as the car turns it up.

Not a problem but just bleeding annoying!

Unfortunately most climate control systems work in this manner&there is no way of changing them.The digital electronic control system thinks it knows what you want but the human analogue system knows better.!!

All the cars I have seen only do this in Auto mode, and manyally overriding the fan speed to a numerical value makes it stay at that fan speed. does it have Auto?

It has auto and manual and seems to have a mind of its own on both settings.

I have a 5 series and the fan just sticks to the setting you choose and gradually increases \"puff force\" as it heats up until it reaches the setting you have chosen.
