Renault Clio 2 2002/52 registration - Indicator relay - mcb100
Replacing the standard stop/tail and indicator bulbs with LED units and getting a flasher rate approximately twice as fast as before.
I can rectify it with an LED specific flasher relay, but does anyone know if it’s a two, three or four terminal fitment?

Flasher relays went out with the Vauxhall cavalier. The indicator system on this car is controlled by the Uch. ( body control module) . It’s all electronic. The only way to make the lights flash correctly is to load the indicator bulbs with resistors .

I did wonder whether the car was old enough tech to get away with.
I lose sight of the car for months at a time as my daughter takes it to university, so trying to make it as failsafe as possible and avoid her having (unnoticed) rear lights out.
