It is a single clutch automated manual, and if the one in our Suzuki Ignis is representative of the breed, really wants avoiding.
If you are driving fairly gently, not too much of a problem. But if you try to drive a bit faster (esp on a twisty road), if you try to overtake, if you try to negotiate a multi story car park, parking manoeuvres etc, you will soon discover the shortcomings!. Not too bad if you take manual control of the shifts, but that kind of defeats the point of an auto.
So if you really fancy an auto Picanto, I'd suggest going for a late 1.2 with the old T/C auto.
