Various - Multi car insurance - sydney the oz
After many years on a multi car policy (not always the same company) this year it was worth splitting into 3 policies, saving over 10%. Interesting that the most expensive policy I kept with the same company with no penalty after removing 2 cars. Total smoke and mirrors I think, or a benefit of renewing just before the pricing rules change?

Re-did our Muticar (2 cars) a couple of weeks ago after getting quotes elsewhere (multicar and individual). Our existing company (Aviva multicar) was the best quote and that was over £200 less than the best individual price.

The annoying thing (as always) is the renewal quote seems expensive but if you ring up instead of simply renewing on-line you get a discount. Ours dropped by £50 for the cost of a 0800 phone call.
