With fuel retailers having a oversupply of fuel right not and lots being stuck with (old) petrol and diesel they purchased befor the fall in price of oil could there be a risk of stale petrol?

Also it says some fuel retailers will have to close as they're not getting enough customers to keep doors open.

Could this lead to further issues in the future when the world comes out of lock down?
