Hi y'all :)

The last 3 inches of the old spring (fitted by unknown) broke, after 10 months...

I've got a new one , but the "pig tail" end doesn't match the curvature of the previous end. Is this normal?

I'm wondering if the old spring was the wrong one, or if the new one is, or if the spring seat stop is pretty forgiving either way?

s'ok ta.
I rang GSF and they confirmed that they were the right ones.

Only for me tostick my head under the car , and find out that they are not.

The smaller end (pig tail) ones are for the rear

and the "same size radius" end are for the front.
