Vauxhall Zafira Tourer - Vauxhall 1.6 cdti error code p11cc - Micky Myers

My Zafira tourer 1.6 cdti is giving the engine management warning with the code p11cc. It is suggested that this could me caused by intake or exhaust system leaks and faulty Nox sensor 1. Has anyone had experience of this fault ?

Called at a Vauxhall dealer today and quoted the p11cc code. They looked it up on their computer system, which suggested it was an inter-cooler hose that needed replacement. Since it may have been other things and they quickly suggested the hose, this might suggest a common problem?

If an intercooler hose needs replacing due to split or come adrift,then I would expect to see the engine being down on power with excess smoke out the back. Remember,fault codes are only a rough guide, get the system checked properly.
