I wonder if the insurance company dat could show if the driver (since sacked) was speeding at any time.

Surely he could then be prosecuted for driving without due care etc.

I park my car myself and keep my keys...

Most of these airport parking companies are the same. I only go to the airports in the car if I'm going to drop off or pick up friends or relatives.

If I'm flying myself I go by National Express and leave the car safely at home and it's cheaper than the cost of airport parking too.

Ha, that's a good story :)

I've used the meet & greet at Manchester Airport many times, and it's a good service there. The car does a total of 6 miles from my leaving it with them to picking it up.

It's no more expensive than parking in the onsite multistories and only a fiver more than doing the long-stay park & ride; you also get a security fast-track pass which typically saves 20 - 30 minutes queueing, so I believe it's good value.
