Clutch most likely. Possible causes could be oil or grease or worn drive take up springs on the centre plate, or a distorted pressure plate. In either case a new clutch assembly would be required.

Try giving the clutch a gentle work out, hold it on a hill for about 10-15 seconds with not to many revs, if its oil contamination this may burn it off.
