'059 Ford S-max - High pitched whine when pulling away from stationa

'059 Ford S-max - High pitched whine when pulling away from stationa - woodleymike

I get a high pitched whine when pulling away from stationary. Is this an indication of a serious problem? (The whine is not loud in vlume and is not there at speed)
