Hi, l have a Mercedes E200 Classic, 2ltr, Auto, Estate, when driving the car some times it changes gear faultless and other times it sticks between 3rd and 4th gear, if l go over a pothole or put my foot down it will change gear and proceed through the gears as normal.

Or this may happen between 4th and 5th gear, l had it diagnosticly checked by Mercedes who told me there was no fault codes comming up anywhere on the car or the gearbox, they said because there was no codes that l should just live with it, it can't be fixed without a fault code, they said, l would really like some help from someone who has had this fault and diagnosed it, Thank you,,,,PS l have also had it in to several gearbox specialists who have also come to the same conclusion as Mercedes Main dealers...
