Honda CR-V SE Sport 1998cc - creaking clutch pedal assembly - hughsie

No problems with clutc h in normal usage but in heavy, slow moving traffic it has a "creak" best described as a cross between a rusty hinge and a bed spring. The assembly has been greased up to the cylinder and there are no leaks from it.
