60 reg Mondeo Diesel - Dashboard lights on a Mondeo Diesel - BristolMark

Hi,

I have posted a video here of the dashboard lights on my Diesel Ford Mondeo.

Can anybody please tell me if the lights are OK. There was previously a problem with the engine light showing when it shouldn't, which was tracked down to a faulty connection.

However, I can't remember if the light showed when I partially turned the key or when I started the engine, so I'm not sure if the problem is happening again.

If anybody could look at the lights and let me know, I be very grateful.

They all look good to me.Only the handbrake light showing with engine running (handbrake on).hth

All warning lights should be on before you start, now an MOT requirement, so all looks fine to me.

Thanks for the help guys.

As you saw in the video, when the engine starts the engine, ABS and traction control lights stay on for about a second.

This happens just after 30 seconds through the video (the link below jumps to that point).

I had previously been led to believe that this was a problem, but it seems from what you say that it isn't.

I also ran the diagnostics and got the following DTC codes - F00616 and C41668.

Are they anything to be concerned about?
