Honda - Dartford Crossing (again) - nico77

Sorry to bring this topic up again but I have a prepay account with my daughter's and my cars on it. She used the crossing yesterday but nothing has been taken from my account yet and nothing is showing against her registration number either. Does the system still have a delay before payment is shown? Thanks for any info.

Have you re validated your payment card ? . New system introduced from this month .

I have £15 odd credit on my account. Up to now the money just came off the total. I have never had a card attached to the account, I just topped up my credit. I think the account is ok. Also when I put in her registration number there is no charge to pay but I can buy a future ticket.

I'd call just to check what has happened - before anything nasty lands on the doorstep. It's a new system in place so probably a few teething problems.
