Another YT clip for the petrolhead! - badbusdriver

Came upon this brilliant clip today. Onboard lap (practice presumably) of Le Mans in a GT40 with none other than Stirling Moss providing the commentary, describing the speeds, cornering lines etc. The actual lap footage (from 1968 BTW) starts about 1:55 if you don't want to watch the whole thing, turn the volume up and enjoy!

I went to Le Mans in 1984, the year that Jaguar made their official return with Bob Tullius’ glorious XJR-5’s.
A long time ago, but I do remember an overnight coach from Manchester, then a 24 hour race, then an overnight coach back. The sheer sleep deprivation put me off going back initially, but every June I remember that I must go back one day. But with a bit more comfort this time…
