Please can some assist me and tell me how I can legally progress with this. Our car has been in a garage for months whilst they waited for a turbo, we had it back for a day then something else happened it went back in and we have just got it back. We accused the garage of using the car whilst they were waiting for the part. We got it back yesterday, today I looked at the MOT history only to find that the mileage is less than it was on the MOT history from previous year and this is reflected on the cars display, we are livid as now this will cause issues if we decide to sell. I really want to take this all the way
