Stump Clutches - RaineMan

My friend who has had his left leg amputated below the knee has read about stump clutches. Has anyone got experience of one and how they find it? He said that he cannot imagine having good clutch control through a prothesis.

I've not heard of these.

Probably much quicker and simpler I suspect simply to buy an automatic. Car can be maintained wholly standard so no worries about resale in the future.

It's a relative rare Triumph 2000 which is a hobby car owned for over 40 years. He will trade in his 3 series for an auto.
