Jaguar XJ - Replacing Wheel Studs - hatman

The steering wheel on my 2011 Jaguar XJ Portfolio (on 20 inch Kasuga alloys) occasionally shakes if I accelerate downhill and then back off. I had the front wheels balanced and I was surprised to learn that the driver's side front wheel has studs that have been shortened! While 4 of the 5 nuts all torqued up fine, the fitter found it hard to properly tighten the locking wheel nut.

I had the wheels refurbed a few weeks ago and the fitter said that the driver's side wheel had been overtightened so he had to replace all the studs and nuts. What he didn't tell me is that instead of replacing the studs he actually shortened them! Am I right in thinking this is the most likely cause of the wheel shake? There was a bit of wheel shake before though as the previous owner kerbed the wheels a fair bit so I probably also need to get the alignment/tracking checked.

Regarding replacing the studs, I could only find studs for the X350 on eBay so I called Jaguar and was told I'd have to buy the entire hub for around £220!!

Does anyone know if it is possible just to buy the wheel studs for the X351 and will it be possible for a tyre fitter to fit just the studs?

I've come across this on eBay and wondered if it would be suitable

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2x-Jaguar-Hubcentric-20mm-wheel...4 - will it be possible to remove the studs and use on my car?

I've also come across this non Jaguar hub for £66.50:

Again, with this aftermarket hub will it be possible to remove the studs from it or will I have to get the complete hub fitted? I'm a bit wary about using a non Jaguar part for the hub as I don't want to mess up the ABS sensor by risking using a non genuine Jaguar part.

Greatly appreciate any advice on how to replace the wheel studs - am I right in thinking that the X351 wheel studs aren't the same as any other Jaguars so for example, I wouldn't be able to use X350 studs which are freely available for £5 each:
