Then you need to double-check you have given us the serial number correctly.

When entering the code, check that the correct digits are showing before pressing Button 5.

It is showing LOCKED with a 13 in brackets

Well that's it, I'm afraid!

If you radio is showing "LOCKED13" then I'm afraid that all the permissible attempts to enter the correct Keycode have been used up. The only thing that you can do now is to take the radio to a Ford Main Dealer or Car Audio Specialist to have it reset. In practice, it will work out cheaper to buy another radio with a keycode on something like Ebay.

I offer this from the internet without any experience or guarantee, but it seems to me you have nothing to lose.

"If you know the code and unit is at '13' press and hold button 6 for about 10 to 15 seconds and you will be allowed 1 more chance to enter code and only once..."

Please let us know if by any chance it works - it would be useful to know.

However, I believe this only works with "LOCKED 10"
