New Daihatsu Terios 4x4 at Geneva Motor Show March 2006.

4,075mm long by 1,745mm wide.

New 1.5 engine. CO2 186g/km. Full time 4WD with diff lock. Four-door, five-seat body. Passenger and side airbags, three rear-seat three-point seatbelts, radio/CD player, four electric windows and reverse parking sensors. Priced from £12,995 OTR for Terios 1.5 S manual. Terios 1.5 SX manual at £14,295 and 1.5 SE automatic £14,995.

May 2006

First UK deliveries May 2006. Badged Toyota 'Rush' or Daihatsu 'Be-go' in Japan. 105 PS at 6,000 rpm and 103 lb. ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. Dynamic Variable Valve Timing (DVVT) enhances low-speed pulling power. Top speed for manual models is 100 mph and 93 mph for automatic. Lowest exhaust emissions in class at 186 g/km. Low insurance Group 7D for Terios 1.5 S.

Five years unlimited mileage warranty plus five years’ UK roadside recovery.

All Terios registered between 1st January 2009 and 31st March 2009 get 5 years or 45,000 miles free servicing, whichever comes first.
