What's a suitable first car for a 6ft7 driver?
We are looking for a first car for our grandson. He is 6ft 7ins tall with size 13 feet. Many of the common first cars are not big enough for him to sit in comfortably and they do not have enough room in the footwell with the pedals too close together for his feet. Any suggestions please?

Trying a car for size is the only way to be sure your grandson can get comfortable, but we would suggest looking at cars such as the Volkswagen Polo, Honda Jazz and Hyundai i10 and i20. Also choosing an automatic version would also avoid the issue of space in the footwell.
