How much would it cost to get my car resprayed?

I want my car resprayed a different colour. How much would it cost?

It's very dependent on a range of factors (model, quality of respray, colour, matt or metallic etc). If you want a Ford Fiesta resprayed white, it'll be far cheaper than getting a Mercedes-Benz E-Class resprayed. Especially as newer cars often get five layers, compared to the previous three (they get three coats of paint and then two clear coats). Different garages will also offer different prices. Average prices can range from around £1000 for a basic respray on an everyday model, to £10,000 for a luxury or vintage vehicle, or one that requires a lot of paint repair work. I'd advise ringing around and seeing what quotes you can get.
