What petrol replacement would you advise for my Citroen DS3 HDi?

Any ideas of replacement for my four year old Citroen DS3 1.6 diesel? I would like to move to petrol as I'm no longer living in the countryside so mpg has dropped, I do about 8000 miles per year.
