Is there a comprehensive list of all minor traffic offences?
I am trying to find the list of minor traffic offences according to British Law. Is there any legal document or guide available where all minor traffic offences are listed?

What do you define as minor traffic offences? There are cases which can be tried by a court and also cases which are dealt with by other authorities such as councils or Transport for London. I suppose you could define a minor offence as one which could be dealt with by a fixed penalty, but that hardly stands up because you can be given a FPN for an insurance offence (6-8 points) which I would regard as fairly serious, but most areas will take you to court on no MOT which is not endorsable.
