What do I do if a wrongful insurance claim has been made against me?
I was proceeding on a main road when a parked car in a mobility space pulled out suddenly with no indication onto the main road. This caused me to swerve onto the opposite side of the road, just missing oncoming cars. When I returned to my side of the road I beeped my horn and flashed to warn him of what he had done and he decided to slam on his brakes. I've given my full story to the insurance but the story the other driver has given his insurance is totally different to make me take full liability. The case will now be going to court and my insurance are asking me for any more information before it all finalises the court decision within 7 days. What else can I possibly tell them?

You should only use a car horn or a headlight flash as a warning, never as a rebuke, so what you did could be considered 'road rage' that led to the other driver slamming on his brakes.
