How do I find a faulty tyre sensor?

How can I find a faulty tyre sensor on my 2016 Mondeo?

Asked on 30 October 2024 by Charles Kater

Answered by David Ross
If your Mondeo provides individual pressures for each of the tyres then you can set the pressure to a value of your choice, reset the system and the faulty sensor will give an inaccurate reading. If this is not the case then your best option would be to take it to a tyre fitter or independent Ford specialist who would be able to locate the faulty sensor for you.
