I was involved in a no fault accident - can I claim for the rise in my premium?

I was involved in a no fault accident (a bus drove into my car). My insurance premium has been increased even though I have protected No Claims Bonus. Can I claim the extra premiums that I will have to pay for the next five years on my uninsured losses claim?

Yes, you are fully entitled to claim it. Although finding a solicitor who will take it on is a different matter.
