Why is my Peugeot 306 losing power?

My Peugeot 306 1.6 petrol has started losing power. It struggles to climb hills and feels low of power on idle. I have changed the spark plugs and the coil pack (rail type) but still no joy. Can you offer any advice?

Blocked cat converter, blocked air filter or faulty mass airflow sensor.
