Can you recommend independent insurance for a hire car?

Can you recommend an independent insurance company that takes on the full coverage of a hire vehicle, with all the additional bits included, rather than use the rental company's own insurance which I believe does not offer best value for money?

There is www.insurance4carhire.co.uk . Read the terms and conditions very carefully. The problem is always that a car rental company is more likely to find 'damage' to the car if you have taken out your own insurance than if you have taken out its insurance.
