I can't figure out my tow bar

I recently bought a Roomster with a factory fitted towbar, which is not actually fitted but removable. To fit it involves unlocking it and I simply - despite exactly following of the instructions - cannot get it to operate. Has anyone else had such a problem?

Go back to the dealer and get him to explain it to you. It might need some greasing.
