What small cars have a luxurious interior?
My wife, 4'9", presently drives a Tesla Model S, out of which she can at least see, but is far to big for a city dweller. Her new car needs to be no longer than 4 metres (or not much longer) and ooze luxury. It could be an EV, Hybrid or petrol, it will have 5 doors, a reasonable turn of speed and the availability of a light coloured interior. Price is not a primary consideration. Could we have your recommendations please?

There are a very limited number of small luxury cars, still fewer that will meet all of your criteria, but we would suggest considering the Audi A1 Sportback. It is just 29mm over four metres in length, has five doors, and in 35 TFSI guise has 150PS and a 0-62mph time of 8.1 seconds. However, it is only available with a black interior, although the quality of the cabin is high. As an alternative, the Range Rover Evoque is 4.3 metres long, is available as a PHEV with 269PS and can be specified with a Cloud/Ebony interior which mixes light and dark finishes.
