Can I convert my car from Euro 5 to Euro 6?

I have a Jaguar XJ that I want to convert. Can it be done? How much will it cost?

Retrofit technologies need to be approved by the Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme which you can read more about here: energysavingtrust.org.uk/service/clean-vehicle-ret.../ At present there are no CVRAS-approved retrofit technologies for pre-Euro 6 diesel cars, so even if you were to find someone willing to carry out the work it would not be officially classified as Euro 6 and would still be liable for emissions-based charges.
