  I've just been looking at reliability statistics published by Warranty Direct. Surprisingly the much-vaunted Golf has an index of 82, whereas the lowly Focus has an index of 29. (The lower the figure the better.) Who would have thought it? -- L\'escargot by name, but not by nature.
