    Has anyone used this product before or can recommend something else. My gearbox on a 306 xtdt '94, having covered 100k is a little 'stiff', especially when cold. I intend to change the transmission oil and at the same time use an additive. Any advice appreciated. Regards Craig

I have always just got 6 monthly oil changes, replaced the air filter and spark plugs myself, carried out the rest of the basic checks and had things like brake fluid and coolant changed when required
