R5 2.5 TDI

Well appointed and extremely comfortable cruiser , but sluggish at low rpm and very prone to faults

There are some poor design features on this impressive looking car ( 2300 changes made to later models from 2007 )and, despite its very low mileage for its age , it also proved to be repeatedly unreliable and very expensive to repair and maintain.This all spoiled a very versatile and supremely comfortable car , which I loved when all was well but ultimately led to a head over heart decision and an early farewell.
