Nightmare

Hi, just to let you all know I had repeat had an insignia tourer elite 160d. The worst car ever, I covered 33000 miles in 18 months and on average it went back to the dealers every 2000 miles, everything from transmission play at low speeds which caused a knocking to an aircon that sounded like a tardus! Gearbox was dreadful rasping noise when accelerating up hill and backing off random hums from what I first thought was the radiator fan but disproved that when the car was cold. Trim around doors misaligned scoring on rear disks, are just a few faults there were too many more to list. Customer service I found to be very rude unhelpful and dam right frustrating if I ever hear the words characteristic of the car again! However I now have a Skoda Octavia VRS, after 8 years as a Vauxhall owner 4 different Vectras since 2002 it took some moving but the straw that broke the camel’s back was the INSIGNIA. Still waiting for a call for parts that were ordered 10 weeks ago on back order!
PS I now know why Skoda have won car of the year and dealer of the year, try it :)
