Very economical, very disappointing Toyota aftersales service

I bought the Prius for it's fuel economy and was not disappointed, however, the whole customer service experience let it down. Snows Toyota Group handing over the vehicle to me without having completed a rather important service recall involving the mid steering bolt and hybrid pump, salesmen touching up sc***es with a touch up stick and not admitting to delaminating alloys which would have been evident during the original warranty period. Toyota UK were even worse, suggesting to contact the dealer regarding the issues and not wishing to take responsibility, even knowing that they were worse than hopeless!!. all in all great car but shame it's a Toyota!!
Please note I have ticked recommend to a friend only because of it's economy and nothing to do with the dealer!!
