Stunning economy from a big heavy car

Great looking car for an estate. Once you've worked out what the myriad of controls all do, it's a very easy car to drive.

Performance is only adequate, certainly not exciting. The CVT box makes the car noisy if you are driving hard. Sound proofing is excellent. Cornering grip is good but steering feels over sensitive and you feel nothing at all from the wheels to the steering wheel, which makes hard cornering nervy. Bumps in the road are dealt with brilliantly. Brakes are powerful but not too sharp.

Interior is plush but dull. Seats are almost as comfortable as a 90's Volvo and are heated.

The car's horn is pathetic. It sounds like an electric wheelchair. LED Lights are great.

Base "Icon" model I have has no satnav or video connection to google maps on phone and no parking sensors even on the estate. Otherwise, has everything you'd want.

Boot space is a good size and shape with a fully flat bed when rear seats are down and squarish opening. There's no drop from the opening, so could easily slide in/out a 6 foot plus fridge freezer or large cabinet.

Massive MPG. 63ish in general use. I'm sure it could reach 70 if I tried. Don't be confused by USA reviews which state 53 or less MPG on US gallons.

Too early to assess reliability but everything appears well made and well assembled.
