Overall reliability
Very good, nearly superb
I was well aware of good/bad points before I ordered.
Bad points: gloomy interior, instruments difficult to read, limited boot space, no spare wheel, limited rear seat room. Also silly "safety" features and difficult to use touch screen which most modern cars now have; at least Toyota has kept manual buttons for climate control.
Good points. Comfy seats, good visibility, excellent performance and handling, economy; I average around 50mpg in mainly urban driving. Another unusual feature; it's very easy to clean, no awkward crevices !
Suggestions for facelift; brighten up interior and introduce better colours like on the Yaris and RAV4
