Excellent

One of the first to buy the Skoda Rapid Spaceback.Had previously owned two Octavia Mark 1,in which i did 140000 miles.Excellent car ,except for poor after care from local Skoda dealer.
Now with new dealership have returned to Skoda.The Spaceback if an excellent car,and the review from Honest John says it all.Amazing performance from the 105 engine.It is quiet (especially on motorways),comfortable with excellent seats and plenty of leg room ,especially in the back.Gearbox is very precise and easy to use.Steering is safe and predictable.Road holding much better than i expected.Ride is good,and after previous Toyotas is seems even better.Interior is well laid out and easy to use.Heating (with optional climate control) makes the interior always comfortable .So far it has been very reliable,with no issues at time of purchase or since
Some websites seem to find fault with this make.I really enjoy this lovely car.I look forward to driving it (which hasn't been true with other makes)There are many cars probably sexier,faster,and more prestigious makes.Skoda are often overlooked.But this ticks all the boxes for me.Well done Skoda
