Looks flatter to deceive
Exhaust Gas Recirculation failed after 4.5 years but research showed there to be many cars with the same issue. Complained to the dealer and was offered 50% off the £1500 quote. I was not satisfied so wrote to JLR CEO and received no satisfaction. Then decided to take them to the small claims court and went as far as setting a date at a court 200 miles from JLR head office. They then offered a further 25% meaning I paid approx £375. They still would not accept that there is a fault. Not an acceptable position to take for an image conscious business that will cost them in the long run.
