Sport HDI SA 1560 cc Diesel

Nice Looking car but sadly disappointing

When I saw the car advertised by a reputable local dealer I took a test drive and everything seemed fine. Service history and one owner, only 31800 miles and spotless.
During the 12 months I have owned the car it was given a oil n filters change after it's MOT in May 2020. ( at 36000k )
Come September, when out of the blue with no warning it started going into neutral when I stopped at lights, within 4 days a warning message flashed up "Gearbox Fault repair needed"
On the way to the Garage it then went into neutral while I was driving.
It's in the hands of the Repair Shop at present and the cost of repair I have been told could be quite expensive, due to the costly replacement parts.
This is the same expensive and similar problem I had with my previous car with fap change semi automatic another Foreign car, I should of known better.
