Great Apart From The Clutch.

Having had Peugeot's for 15 years, this is the best "screwed together" Peugeot I have had. Does just what I want for City gridlock. Lovely engine. Comfortable. Economical. Well equipped.
BUT
The clutch is, at best, 4 out of 10. Just cannot get the thing to pull away smoothly, it is "all or nothing". Worth noting this pointed out by Motoring Journalists already..shame I hadn't read that before getting this car. This is the 2nd 108 in this set up I have had. The clutch in the previous one was replaced at 6 months due to being (according to the garage) "Very Fierce". It was at best 2 out of 10.
I love the 108 but will NEVER buy the Peugeot 1.2 engine option again. Will go for the 1 litre Toyota 72ps engine (I had 2 of these in 107 guise and they were superb).
