Decent family hack.
Replaced our earlier Mk 1 Mazda6 after nearly 160k miles. This one has a quieter engine but road noise is worse, possibly because it's a hatchback. Great motorway cruiser capable of well over 40mpg if you don't go mad with the right foot. Bought at 63k miles and now on 75k a year later. Only fault so far is the rather flimsy parcel shelf attachment to the strut which has popped off on one side. Slightly harder ride than the last one but still acceptable. If it runs as well as the last one to 160K I will be happy.
