Great priced family car

I have had my Optima for six weeks and 2000 miles. It is a very big car, incredibly spacious inside. It isn’t quick off the mark but is excellent for in gear acceleration making pulling onto the motorway or overtaking a breeze. It’s a very easy car to drive despite its size: light steering makes parking and town driving a doddle and it’s completely at home on the motorway. I get about 41mpg in town and 58 on a motorway journey. The Bluetooth works very well and the speakers produce a great sound quality. The seats are really comfy (the kids love the scooped out back seats) and there is endless adjustment and room. I have read other reports of the ride being firm but this car has 16” alloys meaning a soft and comfortable ride in town and on longer journeys. This car, being a Kia, still had 13 months warranty left and came with only 24k on the clock, FSH, no tyres all round and had just been serviced. For a £1 less than £7k it was a great find.
