Reliability issues - not up to Kia's usual quality.
Convincing EV when it works but unreliable.
My car suffered heater failure when just a few months old and has been stuck at the dealer waiting replacement parts for over 6 weeks. This is a problem acknowledged by Kia resulting from a faulty batch of components affecting car in the UK and Europe.
Other owners report issues with the 12V battery and forward collision monitor.
Too many problems and issues. I wouldn't recommend this car.
