Good car but that secondary battery.......

After waiting several months for the car, we were very happy at first. It did everything promised , range, space, interior, gadgets. we were getting 260-280 miles on long drives in Summer and at least 4.5 miles/Kwh on local drives. Range certainly fell as the weather got colder but the big issue cropped up around December - the unreliability of the secondary 12V battery . It has already drained a couple of times, once away from home (a>2hour wait until Hyundai assist turned up and recharged) then another at home requiring a full 6hr recharge. The dealer has looked at the vehicle and carried out a couple of software upgrades, replaced a battery sensor but, otherwise, cannot find a fault. Hyundai themselves have been less than helpful, most recently suggesting we delete the Bluelink app ( that they supplied) as it might be causing the battery to drain. Otherwise they seem unconcerned with what seems to be running Kona fault as reported by other owners.
