Excellent Modern Real-World Transporter

Our 1.4 Diesel mid-range Active ix20. The wife chose it after test driving it. It is deceptively addictive as it copes well both in heavy city traffic & is a serious motorway cruiser. Its low speed torque +6 gears more than make up for its acceleration. It is a modern car designed for modern real world motoring. It appears small outside but is BIG & SAFE & Luxurious inside. In fact the seat height is like driving an X-Trail and unlike the New Astra the A pillars do not obscure. It has more spacious seats than the New Focus, which are cramped. It has been to the South of France and back and was just a delight to drive. Our previous cars have been 03 XTrail, 55 Focus, 57 Mazda6. The ix20 is a very practical, easy drive car. After 4k miles - We Highly Recommend it as a Family Car. MPG averages 57.
