Overall reliability

Easy to drive, quiet and comfortable with excellent fuel economy.

The car was purchased as a seven month old pre registered with 12 recorded miles. I was surprised to read the review from Mr Ford regarding the clutch judder, I understand that some earlier mk 1 i20s could suffer from this and I believed with the mk2 that the problem had been resolved. My 1.4 mk 2 so far has been totally fault free, I also have to reverse up a steep slope on exiting my garage, but being retired my mileage so far is only 15k.
My first three services paid in advance were £349. The next two years paid in advance were not quite so good but still very competitive at a total of £417 including vat and mots, my Hyundai dealer will also collect and deliver my car.
The car is used locally a few times a week and also half dozen times a year, on journeys in excess of two hundred miles each way, it does all of this easily and better than some 1.6's I have owned.
If there is anything I could improve it would be to change the 16 " wheels for 15" with bigger tyres. Also the rear seat bases do not fold upwards although the boot is a good size.
