Lotus Carlton performance in a car so docile your mother could drive it to the shops
This car is b***** amazing. In nearly 30 years motoring I have never been in a car with performance (or grip) to touch it. The acceleration is instant, the engine noise is like an angel singing in your ear, and I run out of courage long before the car runs out of steam.
As for grip, maybe Lewis Hamilton could get near the limits of this car but I highly doubt I ever will. The interior quality is 100x better than previous Mustangs. And it has a 'snow mode' and handles as well in snow as my wife's (4wd) 328ix BMW does.
Cost $32,000. 49 year old male, no convictions. Insurance $600/year. God Bless America!
